    李步成,男,19855月生,中共党员,副研究员。2013年毕业于兰州大学石油化工学院获工学硕士学位,同年入所参加工作;主要从事黏土矿物特殊润湿性涂层制备及其应用研究,负责主持包括国家自然科学基金、甘肃省重点研发,兰州市人才创业项目等项目,在国内期刊发表学术论文20余篇;获授权国家发明专利10余件。
